Greetings,

My name is Eric Rafdal. Nice to "meet" you. I’ve contacted you because I thought you would be interested in a unique opportunity to share revenue while helping others. Hundreds of like-minded people and organizations have already signed on... Here’s a quick look at just a few of our current partners:

David Riklan / SelfGrowth.com
Nightingale-Conant
Audible.com
Edgar Cayce Foundation
WIE Magazine
New Dimensions Media / Michael Toms
LearnOutLoud.com
(See more partners at the end of this email)

I work with Amazon #1 best-selling author Guy Finley at his world-renowned nonprofit organization, Life of Learning Foundation, in Southern Oregon. Guy has been writing and speaking for 25 years on the most basic (yet elusive) topic -- how to be happy and successful, in all that you do, EVERY moment of every day.

His work has produced a deep well of inspiring material in the form of books, albums, DVDs, podcasts, articles, etc. Barnes & Noble Booksellers says that "Guy Finley's books have helped millions live fuller more peaceable lives."

The very same reason I need to be physically fed from outside myself. By the very definition of the word, food is external, and nourishment is something that we need to give as well as receive.

As for writing, it's not a joy for me to do. I don't sit down to the computer and think, "Oh wonderful, I'm going to write a blog post!" I like to write orThat particular sentiment is more commonly expressed over a really good book and some uninterrupted time.

What does bring me great joy, is knowing my writing has helped someone else. I write every post hoping someone will read it and get just the insight they need.

Every once in a while that happens... and I"m thrilled. :)

Sibbia, I ask gently, why do you need to be emotionallly fed from outside of yourself? Why do you need encouragement to do what is a joy for you to do, like writing?

Wonderful. I had tried to get to your blog before when you posted on our site and for some reason had technical difficulty. Luckily, I found your direct link on Talking To Nightlights. I truly enjoy the description of the name of your blog and look forward to reading more!
