By the very definition of the word, food is external, and nourishment is something that we need to give as well as receive. As for writing, it's not a joy for me to do. I don't sit down to the computer and think, "Oh wonderful, I'm going to write a blog post!" I like to write orThat particular sentiment is more commonly expressed over a really good book and some uninterrupted time. What <strong>does</strong> bring me great joy, is knowing my writing has helped someone else. I write every post hoping someone will read it and get just the insight they need. Every once in a while that happens... and I"m thrilled. :) The very same reason I need to be physically fed from outside myself.
